Got a King suite right near the entrance. Room was fine, nothing special, both tvs worked. Liked having two sinks. It was high 80s all weekend, even 90, but the room AC was fine. Unfortunately the water (sink, toilet, shower) never got colder than lukewarm. The manager said the room with the water heater was left closed and that we could let the water run to get cold, but it never did. The pool was one of those plastic lined kinds and there were never any towels. It also took several requests in order to get any of the scratchy things. The breakfast was very minimal and ran out of food long before the time was over. Not terrible for what we paid, but doubt I would stay there again.

Large room but...very run down. Moldy caulk & shower head, missing tile and grout, dirty tub, damaged walls, worn/dirty carpet, damaged furniture. Pool was large but pool area was dirty, unkempt and run down and the water was ~65F, too cold to swim in. Hotel grounds were littered with trash, cigarette butts, beer cans, etc. Also, the hotel is not directly accessible from I-29.

Overall the stay was okay. But there were issues with the room: security deadbolt did not match up with the slot in the door jamb so we could not use it. We could not get the lights by the bed to work. Little pressure or volume in the shower. The continental breakfast was okay, but things were running out fast when we ate. This was with plenty of time before the end of serving. In fact, there were quite a few people who came in after us. Seating space was at a premium. We may or may not stay, again.

I"ve been to a few Quality Inns before, and this was on par with them. The desk people were very friendly and helpful and there was a shuttle available. Breakfast was great! Pillows were a bit thin. Indoor pool looked good, but we didn"t get the chance to use it. Everything was very clean.

We expected more from a Choice Hotel. We checked in and the lobby smelled like stale smoke. Cigarette butts all over parking lot. Door to hallway was unlocked & supposed to be locked. Room was dark, dingy and dirty. We walked out and got a refund. "
