We stayed at this Comfort Inn before taking an early flight out of Atlanta the next morning. The hotel was fine, very clean, no problems checking in, comfortable and quiet. We stayed here because of the location, price and the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was right on time and we were able to leave our car here for only $* per day while we were gone. We had a little problem when we got back because we were not sure where to go to catch the shuttle back to the hotel when we got back in to Atlanta. But when we got there they were waiting on us and it was a quick ride back to the hotel. Just make sure you know where you will be picked up when you get back. I would stay here again.

stayed overnight in ATL to get a cheaper ticket back home... So I was looking for a cheap place to stay at!!! Now I will say after the other reviews people wrote I was not looking forward to my stay. But the ladies at the front desk were great they made me laugh... and the room did have a smell but wasn't that bad.... For around $* it's not a five star place which is what I'm use too!!! If I had to do an overnight again I would stay there again NO questions asked!!!!!!

The Inn smelled kind of funky, like spicy food covered in cologne. I stayed there five days and it was a contant smell. My room was nonsmoking, but I noticed a smell of smoke each night as I returned and my things smelled strongly of smoke. The staff was nice. The breakfast was not like in the commercials. The treadmill was broken.

Traveler from Charlotte, NC

I was traveling to Florida, arrived at the hotel for just an overnight stay. I went to my room and noticed that it was a smoking room. 1st of all I don't smoke, I called the front desk explains to them that this is a smoking and I requested a non-smoking. However after reviewing my itinerary there was a mistake on it did show a request for smoking. I ask the clerk at the front desk was there any available rooms that were non-smoking which of course everyone wants to up sale you something, which I decline. I ask if they had any air freshener they did and I used it however it did help kill the scent of smoke in the room. I just couldn't believe that rooms not available on a Thursday that is the most insane thing if I ever heard it before. People do make simple mistakes and believe me hotels make quite a few however it saddens me that we as consumers sometimes give several hotels the consideration or the benefit of the doubt on their mistakes. However to completely satisfy a consumer such as myself they had the opportunity to do so but FAILED on the job of customer services. Did the clerk sympathize with me NO! But his reaction was whether he knew it or not was ?OH an opportunity to UPSALE her to a Suite? I had a regular room for 1 night stay why would I want a Suite for 1 night that does not make any COMMON OR LOGICAL sense at all. My suggestion is up sale someone a suite if they are staying more than 1 night. Not So Satisfy Traveler
