The employees did not know how to do their jobs, they had to call the manager when I checked in because he didn't know how to handle online reservations, and then the manager lied to him, which in turn caused me to be charged for the room again, at full rate. Then when I confronted the manager the next day he was more than happy to tell me how I need to fix the problem, you know the one I did not make. I found the staff incomepetent, the management worse, the rooms were not clean, and when it says "qeen bed" they mean double bed. The pool area is very small, the rooms were not very clean, there was hair in the bathtub, before we had a chance to use it. I wold not recommend this room to anyone, not even the pets that are permitted with a charge.

07/10/2007This hotel has really take a beating! there were burn marks on furniture/bathtub, carpet was worn, sauna floor was rotting, ice machines broken, candy wrappers around....pool was great ...
This hotel has really take a beating! There were burn marks on furniture/bathtub, carpet was worn, sauna floor was rotting, ice machines broken, candy wrappers around....Pool was great and free breakfast was above average, but we just felt that it wasn't CLEAN. Looked for bugs but did not find any, which was good. Staff was friendly but overworked. Could be a great place with some sprucing up...location & rates are good.
