Do not stay here!. I booked two rooms for my son's graduation from the Army. We arrived and front desk staff was nice, we registered and proceeded to check in to the rooms. I thought my room had been a crime scene, It was filthy, an absolute fire hazard. The carpet was torn, filthy, I could see out the door wihtout opening it, there was tape around the lamp and yes, they plugged the lamp back into an electrical outlet. Not to forget that there looked like blood drops on the carpet, bed spread etc. Holes in the bathroom door, thinks dropping out the lceiling lights in the bathroom. When I went to explain all the reasons why I couldnt stay and offerred to share the quick pictures. I had taken the front desk personnel was very nice and deleted my reservation without fuss. The kicker was that I was informed that the owners, had been gone for quite sometime opening new hotels. They certainly left the "quality" out of quality here. Do not waste your money or time here.

If you are looking for something not expensive this is the place, had a good trip and enjoyed staying here. The service was great, no complaints good location to get to the post for graduation events. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was comfortable.

We drove from Atlanta, GA to Lawton, OK for our son's graduation from Fort Sill Basic Training. Frankly I was scared to see what this hotel was going to be like but it was the best deal for a hotel that would accept my dog. The carpet was a little worn but other than that the hotel was more than satisfactory. There were great cookies at the front desk when we arrived and our room was clean and ready. It was a smoking room and there was a smell of smoke but I turned on the air and it disappeared, The sheets were clean and had no smoke smell at all. When I got up at 6:30 am to walk my dog the staff was already cleaning the parking lot. I went to breakfast and there was a good selection of items to choose from and a lady was constantly cleaning and replenishing. I went to the office to get an ashtray for our room and report that the fridge had stopped working. Before I could get back to the room there was a maintenance man knocking on the door to fix the fridge (I had turned off the wall switch by mistake). We stayed 3 nights and everyone we encountered on the staff was great. Reviews are suppose to help people decide where to stay but honestly I think i will stop reading them. Unless this hotel was very different in 2008 it certainly does not deserve the remarks that some people made.

The hotel was clean and had decent service. Just the town around the place drags it down. If for some god forsaken reason you have to come to this town, this isn't a half bad place to stay. Got a good price from the travel agency. Not to harp too much but the most fun I had in Lawton ok was packing up and leaving Lawton ok.
