LIGHTS OUT!!!
03/06/2011The rooms were less than pleasing. the room service was late. an to top it off the power goes out all day.
THE ROOMS WERE LESS THAN PLEASING. THE ROOM SERVICE WAS LATE. AN TO TOP IT OFF THE POWER GOES OUT ALL DAY.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size, decor, and comfort of the room we had at this Comfort Inn. These properties seem to vary widely by location--this one was tops! It appears to be a newer hotel, and the rooms were beautifully fresh. The room we were in was also very quiet, except for what sounded like a herd of elephants above us (we were on the 2nd floor) around 10 p.m. It didn't last long, and I don't know if it was due to the guests above us or a fault of the hotel. We certainly would book this hotel again! The breakfast room was crowded and hard to move around in--however, this is a very big hotel with lots of guests, and we were there on the week-end, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.

If you plan on staying here bring a lot of cash for taxis because the hotel shuttles you no where. It is close to some attractions but if you didnt drive you have to pay a taxi. The first room we were put in was not even cleaned and when they moved us to another room the phone didnt work so you had no way to call out. So then when they couldnt fix that they moved us back to the original room that we started out in and during all this room switching my husband lost his cell phone and when we asked if they found it the staff had no idea. But obviously it didnt just walk away. There are no restaurants within walking distance. There is one steakhouse that is right up the road but it was expensive. So be prepared to order in if you are eating in your room. No attractions or anything is within walking distance. you must drive or taxi everywhere you go. The breakfast was ok. There were long lines throughout the entire time the breakfast room is open. Basically if i had the option i wouldn't stay again because you have no access to anything. The hotel is in a very remote area and you cant walk to anywhere. one of the days we were there and we were there for 5 days the hotel housekeeping didnt even clean our room or make the bed. They totally skipped it. If you have the option i would stay somewhere else. If you have a lot of money to waste on taxis then this is the hotel for you.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely - close to eferything - nice pool area and room were plenty large enough for my wife, son and daughter and I over the 9 days we stayed here. Definitely the breakfast room was full and hectic but really what do you expect - staff was helpful and courteous.

The room was smaller than what I expected. The bed sheets were wrinkled. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. It created all kinds of sounds when I made any movement. The customer service were not friendly at all. The parking was bad. I had to go around the hotel 5 times but I could not find any parking. As my last resort when I went into the Inn to ask the customer service rep about the parking problem, one of the employees were leaving and I was lucky to get a parking space. If his shift would not have been over, I dont know how long I had to drive around to look for a parking that I had already paid for. I will not stay at the hotel again.
