The Hotel Lobby was the only clean part of the whole building. Very poor cutomer service and attitude. House Keeping obviously doesn't know how to run a vaccum cleaner, provide towels, dust, ect. From the minute we entered the Hotel a horrible mouldy smell came over us. The Hotel pool has been tiled with glass tiles and is a hazard. The pool was not clean and un maintained. House Keeping shift ends at 5pm and we were informed we would not be helped until the next morning. No room service or maintence people on hand should something arise. The only restaurant bosted on site has been shut down. Not at all a place I would ever recommend to anyone!- Offered Continental Breakfast although in tightly cramped quarters was ok but nothing to boast about.

We had our second and LAST stay at this hotel. There was NO heat in our room during the coldest weekend of the winter. This happened to half our hockey team. The staff tried to fix it but could not. We slept in our clothes and our own blankets as they had run out. Two rooms ended up with plugged toilets that took hours to repair. The hotel had a multitude of fire code and safety violations.Despite the fact that the guarantee was you would not pay if you were unsatisfied, we were given a 20 % discount and 50% off a future stay...like that will ever happen. The front staff were overwhelmed and the management did not have the courage to speak to the many disgruntled guests. Despite repeated attempts to get a refund after the fact, the best they would do was the offer of a free night...not gonna happen. The chain took the stand that they are independently owned and operated. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...even an enemy.
