We ended up upgrading to a king jacuzzi suite which was very nice and roomy!!! We had my Irish setter with us and there was plenty of room and the room was very clean and neat. We will use this hotel again in the future. Just wish we were able to use the pool but it was already closed for the season. Would be nice if down the road they put in an indoors pool and jacuzzi.(maybe)

The room was dirty -- especially the walls. (I don't even want to know what those spots are made of.) And the hotel badly needs remodeling! Also, the rooms are cramped. The name "suite" is not appropriate.

It was a nice place overall. We had a few problems turning into the hotel when traffic was heavy and that was not the hotels problem. The big complaint we had was that the bed (which was king size), was very soft. We stayed 2 nights and by that time our backs was sore. The breakfast was good and they kept it fresh and clean.

Pictures are deceiving -- all entrances to rooms are outdoors, and many face a secluded parking lot. The lobby and breakfast room have been redone, and look good, and the rooms are only ok. We ended up not staying here, due to security concerns of the parking lot, etc. The area is ok, but the way the parking lot is situated with the rooms was a cause for concern. The young man at the counter was very nice, and didn't cause issues when we chose to check out instead of staying.

We drove the long drive from Panama City, FL to Tennessee and stopped at 2 hotels prior to this one in this city. The others could not accomodate us (one even refused our AAA discount), we needed a suite with 2 beds and pull out couch. The Quality Inn and Suites was just the thing for us!! We had a room with a pull out couch, a chair, 3 tables, drawer unit, tv, fridge, microwave and full bathroom and a connecting room with 2 full size beds, drawer unit, tv and full bath!! It appeared to be 2 rooms converted to a 'suite'. It was late when we checked in so it was dark outside and we weren't sure of the quality of the hotel because we could see it was an older hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. In the morning we saw the gounds were very well kept and the pool looked very clean. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was hot waffles for all of us! We were very satisfied with our stay and it was all under $$$$ - a great deal! The staff was very friendly and courteous also!
