I recently moved to the bloomington area for work. In the time I was looking for an apartment I stayed at this hotel. It was so nice. I stayed for a little over two weeks and the staff was great.! Not only was the hotel very clean and contemporary, there was a connecting restaurant, which I ate at almost everyday. I am glad to have an apartment now, but I have to say I miss the staff at that hotel!

i had to leave for an unexpected business trip and stayed at this hotel the staff was so friendly and the rooms were perfect i was on a business trip but the staff made me feel welcome the pool and spa were perfect after working all day i would definately stay at this hotel again

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. It was very pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The indoor pool and fitness were very relaxing. I work all day, so it was nice that the fitness and business center are open 24 hours. I would definately return.

As a stranded passenger, due to cancelled flights...I was placed at the Holiday Inn by my employer. What a great location and the staff could not have been more accomodating. I even received an upgrade to a huge suite as the staff saw my disappointment in not getting to fly home that day. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was so much more than I ever expected....and room service for dinner had such a pleasing presentation...I felt as if I was on a vacation and not a work related trip. Kudos to the staff, you made a stressful situation a pleasant delay. Also, the free van service to the airport was perfect. Literally door to door service.

Although the hotel was lovely it was very far from ISU which is why we were in town. But being all that was available we took it in spite of the cost. Perhaps business travelers don't care about paying for breakfast, but the rest of America comes to expect it with the price of the room. Not here. Lovely room and amenities but make sure you know where the nearest Starbucks is.
