We made a great choice in the Quality Inn - Elk Grove Village. We checked in late evening and had to be up for the 5:25am shuttle to the airport. Service was excellent, the shuttle was perfect and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and good sound control. Couldn't have asked for anything better for the price.

Room was lovely. Bathroom very large and recently remodelled. Staff friendly and helpful. Good snack vending area for late arrivals. Trip from ORD a little longer than expected and through industrial area, but shuffle service prompt and courteous even at 11:45 PM. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't describe how much of a pleasure it was when I stayed at this hotel. The staff helped me and my wife with all our questions. They smiled everytime we saw them, even after we asked countless question after question. The rooms were super clean and they had a big and I mean BIG breakfast for us in the morning. The shuttle service was a nice plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family enjoyed the experience at this hotel. The shuttle was prompt, the rooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly. This hotel should be on the top of anyones list when visiting chicago or flying into O'hare. Its close to the airport but not so close u hear jets overhead 24/7.
