Arrived in Hannibal amidst a major thunderstorm and missed the turn to the hotel. Had to call the hotel for directions and was immediately helped and guided to the exact hotel location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. During the night we were distrubed by children running and jumping in the room above us, which was so disruptive we were unable to sleep. We contacted the front desk after the noise continued. The night clerk immediately responded to the problem after which we were able to get a good night of rest. We certainly appreciated the attention given by the night clerk. Because we were traveling to attend a funeral the next morning, we requested a late check-out and were immediately granted such without question. So all in all, the stay was very good with great assistance from the staff of the hotel.

this hotel considers soap an amenity that there is no obligation for the hotel to provide. when we went to the room, there was no soap. we called the front desk, and were told the hotel was out of soap. we would have to provide our own. The staff was surly and acted as if we were imposing on them, very unfriendly. Do not stay here.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast selection is great. I made a mistake on the type of room I reserved, and staff was very helpful in changing it during check in along with helping me with some problems with the phone. Was very impressed by the fact that there was a HUGE party going on in the hotel while we were staying there, and the sound quality was so great that we didn't even know there was a party until we walked downstairs to go to the pool. Only criticism, mattresses are hard, but not bad enough that I would choose somewhere else instead. Would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was great. It was quiet after a long drive and clean. The rooms are very large. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. We had trouble getting to the hotel and when we called we were given exact directions. They even had out registration out and waiting for us when we got to the hotel. The next morning we need to print out directions home and the printer was out of paper; the staff were very quick to get us the paper we needed. Top notch!!!
