  This hotel has a great location but, once you are above the lobby, it is very tired and shopworn; The plumbing in the shower was pulling away from the tile, the air conditioning woke us up every time the fan came on and we never did figure out the "sleep number beds" but woke up feeling exhausted. Then we went to the restaurant and despite excellent service, had two very mediocre but quite expensive breakfasts. Now that our son has graduated, we have no reason to go back to Kingston but if we did, given the room rate at the Radisson, we would try one of the bed and breakfasts near to the University.

  Very pleasant stay; very nice rooms, great harbour views, and fantastic place to start any walking tours. no regrets, will stay here any time we are in kingston.

  This hotel was excellent. the service and facilities outstanding. underground parking-cars keep cool. walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. absolutely great.
