My daughter, my sister and I stayed at this hotel in June, 2009. We had a great girl retreat. The hotel staff was Very nice and helpful. After reading some reviews, I was alittle scared to book but we had a great deal we couldnt pass up. We did have to wait for our room to be ready, but the staff held our luggage and we went shopping and returned later and they had everything ready for us. We had 2 double beds which were sleep number beds and were very comfortable. A subway entrance is right outside and that was great! Staff was helpful with directions. Would stay again my next trip to New York...

Nasty experience, when room wasn't cleaned at all (dusty, dirty sheets, under neath the bed was everything you can imagine, broken furniture, minibar wasn't working....) had to call to get a new towels (which we got after one hour of waiting). Almost every single guest was complaining at the reception desk because of something. Seems that the management of the hotel is use to all this complains, but don't do anything to fix them!!!!! Customer care in Omaha Nebraska seems to get lots of complaints and letters too and think that voucher for one night stay in a RADISSON HOTEL is going to make you feel great!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY IN RADISSON HOTEL EVER AGAIN and if you wont to have a good time on your vacation choose other hotel for this money.

I travel quite a bit and book all my hotels online This is the first hotel experience that was a complete disaster. The hotel was overbooked and understaffed. They had one person at the front desk and a mob of angry travelers waiting for their rooms. And, this was at 10:00 P.M.! A women with two crying children approached the frontdesk in tears demanding a different room because the room she was given was occupied. When her and her children entered their hotel room they were confronted by two undressed adults. the hotel staff did barely a thing to calm her down. At 10:30 P.M. we were finally given a room, of course, by now they had lost track of the luggage we had left with them. that took them another 1/2 hour to locate. The room we were given was small (but, thankfully unoccupied). Though the room was relatively clean, their were empy wine glasses and an empty bottle sitting by the bed with wine spilled on the carpet. I called the front desk to complain, but, of course they didn't answer. I will never stay at any Radisson again. Ever.

Our first trip to New York and we couldn't have done better. The subway was outside the door. The hotel was located near enough to everything we wanted to see, Empire State Building, Time Square, and just a short subway trip from every thing else, Central Park, Metropolitan Museum, St. Patricks, FAO Schwartz, China Town, etc.... Our room was not large, but it was comfortable and clean. We were in a corner room and had a lovely view of Broadway and 32nd Street. Especially when it snowed! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Although we usually only saw the graveyard shift as we were out all day. We can't wait to return and to bring our three sons with us. What a perfect trip for our 25th anniversary!!!

The individuals at the front desk was very helpful when it came to checking into the hotel and answering questions about the hotel's amenities. The doormen were also very helpful by telling us directions. The room was and bathroom were very clean. Four stars for the fluffy towels and crisp sheets. The hotel was very pet friendly. Our two dogs were happy to be with us on vacation. The Radisson Martinique on Broadway was very close to the Polish Embassy. It was also a short subway stop away from Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. We would definitely stay there again.
