The hotel showed so much character and potential, but I was disappointed overall. The room cleanliness was limited to the linen changes and vacuuming. Dust was very thick in the rooms and the windows were quite thin which caused problems for me when resting. I know that I would not choose this location again if it wasn't for the fact that my training class was located in the hotel. I hope that the general manager will read these comments and put some money into the upkeep of the hotel.

This is the second time I stayed at The Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore. On both ocassions I chose the hotel because of price. However I must admit that I will probably not stay there again. I want it clear that the staff was absolutely professional and polite. My decision is based solely on the hotel's condition. My room was small, there were no privacy curtains on window and I was unsure if they were one way. The bathroom floor tile was not grouted and in fact floor tiles cracked under foot. The shower head was very low and the bath/shower faucet was loose, spinning, dirty and the temp. of water went from cold to scolding. I can tell you that for the extra twenty dollars a night, I will stay closer to the inner harbor next year. Again, the staff was polite and accommidating, but to the owners, it's time for an update. I would also recommend bringing in known name restuarant to your location.

Have stayed here before and had a good experience, but not this time. Check in went fine. Room was just OK, but went to check out and had to wait well over an hour to find out my truck was STOLEN. FROM THE VALET. Heard things like this about Baltimore, but figured we'd be safe with the Valet (CENTRAL PARKING Sys Inc). I was wrong. Found out they left the key in the truck running, and it was swiped. Unreal. Staff and Management told me anything and everything, trying to be nice, just to get us out of there. ""We'll pay for everything. No room charge. No Valet charge (DUH!!!). Whatever I wanted to hear. We lost about $600.00 worth of clothing items in the truck, and they just ended up ignoring us about that. Said they weren't responsible. NEVER, EVER stay here again, and I'm giving up on Radisson. The corporate people never even returned my calls or emails about all the promises made and left unfullfilled. No wonder the latest reviews are bad. They don't care. Plain and simple. I'm going back to the Hilton or Sheraton. Or I'll just stay out of Baltimore overnight. What could be next????

Stayed at this Radisson for the weekend and I am glad that it was only for 2 days. I don't think i could have spent another night on that horrible sleep number bed, it felt like concrete no matter what you did. Also our room was small, a bit shabby, dingy and had wall paper peeling off the walls. It took over an hour to retrieve your car from valet parking. Staff neglected to inform me that they would be adding an authorization charge to my credit card upon arrival, which was $135 dollars, a strange amount for which I could find no reason for when I called later on the day after check out after checking my bank account. I had to wait 2 days to receive my money back! This was an all around disappointment. I would not go back and stay there again. Baltimore itself was charming and thankfully this saved our trip from being completely dismal.

I had the worst experience at the Radisson Plaza. I was given a room with a broken toilet. I called down and no one every came to fix it. Also we were offered drinks on line and drinks were only from 6p-7:30pm. We were there for a wedding which rehearsal was held on Friday from 6pm-8:30pm and the wedding was on Saturday from 5p-12am, so we were not able to enjoy the drinks which we paid for in our room price. On Sunday when we were checking out it took 45 minutes for us to get our car from Valet parking. (what a joke this was). When I finally came home I called the Radisson and ask to speak to a manager. I was told the manager would return my call. It it now Thurday and I still haven't spoken to anyone from the hotel
