We stayed at this Ramada when traveling from NH to AZ the first week in January 2011. The Events Coordinator, ABC, was more than gracious and helpful. The room was nice and our 2 cats were welcome. Best room that we had druing our trip.

First when i got there the front desk was kinda rude when trying to make good conversation, then when i got in my first room the room was cold as ever the heater was blowing cool air, so i went back to the front desk and the lady gave a attitude and said it will warm up over night even after i told her i have a baby with me so i need the room to be warmer fast for the baby. Finally she gave me another room right next door to the old room. The room was so small and so was the bathroom, microwave barely worked. Keep in mind all this is happening during the BIg 2010 blizzard on the east coast. We checked in on friday morning right when the snow was falling and checked out sunday morning after it was over, not once has the housekeeping staff come knock on our door to add more towels or clean or anything. Then sunday my car was covered in snow and no one came to plowed our cars out of anything. When i called the front desk to ask if someone can shovel or plow our cars out she stated " you have to find him yourself he is out there somewhere" so i end up shoveling my own car while the staff just watched me and my girlfriend get our car out of the 30 inches of snow so we can leave. Make sure you put your deadbolt on your door or one of the staff with a key will open the door without knocking happened twice especially when my girlfriend just got out the shower. Me personally i will NEVER STAY AT THE RAMADA again price to high for poor service.

Passing through. Went to Holiday Inn, Hampton, then Ramada. Rate was very high at others. Ramada was $20 Less and was worth it. Room was Nice and Clean. Breakfast was big. I was shocked. Staff was very friendly.

While the room was clean and the staff was kind, I felt incredibly unsafe as a single woman traveling. There seemed to be no one else staying at the hotel and I was stuck in a room in the back at the top of a staircase. I was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept and I dialed 911 on my cell so that if anything happened, all I would have to do was grab the phone and press send. I was supposed to be staying for four nights, but checked out after the first.
