Stayed here last summer with husband and 5 year old daughter. From the moment we arrived, we were disappointed. Next door to the hotel is a popular nightclub, so parking was limited and in a very dark lot, far away from the building. Many of the nightclub patrons were hanging around the lobby and were drunk and noisy. When we got to our room it reeked of stale smoke, had mold in the bathroom and the A/C was unable to cool the room. We asked to change rooms but were told that no other rooms were available, even though the drunks from the nightclub seemed to have no problems getting rooms with no reservations. This hotel is directly on the highway, and you hear noise from the road and hallway all night. We would never stay here again. We felt unsafe all night and could not get the cigarette smoke smell out of our belongings. We didn't even feel comfortable letting our child take a shower in the dirty, moldy bathroom.

I had a smoking room but had to wait 2 days for an ashtray. Remote didn't have batteries. Front desk person brought another remote but it too didn't work. I had to go to the front desk myself after that for another which finally worked. Room was mediocre clean. Shower not very clean.
