My stay at this hotel was suppose to be for four days. My trip was cut short when I was told to vacate the premises from the front desk. I was not refunded my money for that night. I made a simple request to house keeping and front desk to have my room cleaned and when it was not done. I asked why and was verbally abused by the front desk. I was told it was my fault and the hotel was not going to do anything about it. Totally unaccomodating. Requested assistance from the GM and was told that it was my problem. The hotel was substandard. They recently renovated and did not do a good job at that. The exterior was cracked. Bed had bedbugs. The towels were soiled. People are living at the hotel on a full time basis. So the furniture is worn and soiled. No value for your money

The air conditioner in the 1st room I was assigned to did not work. The only towels in the second room were two hand towel and one was smeared with make-up. And when I asked for regular sized towels, I waited for almost 15 minutes and NO ONE was at the reception desk to answer my call when I called back to check on my towel request. This particular Days Inn did not have a computer room/business office/room like others I've stayed in in the same state of Louisianna. Also, it took a long time and lots of trials to finally be connected the internet.

I stayed here using one of the coupon books. After paying $62 for the room, I noticed it was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. I was afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes, and what was that smell?? Since I drove from Florida, I just went to sleep. After checking my bank balance a week later, I was charged twice for the room. I have been working with the "Presidential Office" to get my money that was stolen. They keep contacting hotel management to verifiy the information, mgmt. is obviously not smart enough to understand the situation. They are now going to mail me a check for the overcharge. I was informed that will take 2 weeks? I guess not much power in the "presidential office". I will never stay at a Wyndham property again. They are customer no-service. This motel should be shut down.

This was the worst hotel room ever! The door would not lock unless you lifted up on it. The pool was filthy and had people beside it with coolers drinking beer! No iron! No ironing board! Carpet and bathroom smelled like urine! No towels or washclothes, when they were asked for ""we are out""! Find somewhere else to stay! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!
