  Desk help was friendly. looks like an old Motel 6, sidewalks are broken, stairs coming apart, vending machine empty, pool closed. We didn't try the restaurant or bar. Seems to be popular with construction crews.

  We stayed here because we were travelling cross-country with pets and there just aren't too many pet-friendly hotels. The air conditioner didn't work. Our room was extremely hot all night. The property is run down with a lot of damage. That being written, if the front desk had made any effort to work with us to find us a different room or even be receptive to what we were saying, we wouldn't have been upset. The beds are comfortable, but the grounds are dirty and the parking lot is in pretty bad shape. There is no free breakfast and it's more than $* per night if you have a pet. Contrast that with a Ramada in Flagstaff where we stayed that was clean, modern, comfortable, and $* per night. I just felt like we got ripped off at this place. Oh, and there is a beer bar on the premises that doesn't exactly lend itself to a feeling of security on the property. If you're looking for a cheap and nice place, this isn't it. It's not cheap and it's not very nice.

  Do not stay here! not only was the place filthy, outdated, and run down, the service was nonexistent and they double charged my credit card . the carpets were so dirty ...

  Do not stay here! Not only was the place filthy, outdated, and run down, the service was nonexistent and they double charged my credit card . The carpets were so dirty the soles of my socks turned black, towel racks were falling off the wall, the TV speakers were blown and reception poor, the hair dryer was falling apart, and the mattresses were old and lumpy.
