Room was not cleaned regularly, when it was cleaned they didn't do a good job. Keys usually didn't work, room was shabby, staff was rude and unhelpful. Made us pay in advance for our whole stay, so we were afraid to move and not get our money back. Many trips to front desk for sheets, towels, soap, and complaints. They never got it right. Don't let them fool you with a cheap rate, when you get there it won't be available. AC unit did not cool room, hot water faucet burned us when you turned off the shower, and they never cleaned the coffee maker, or gave us supplies. It is not worth it, regardless of what they charge you.

The renovated rooms are pleasant, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Although traveling alone, I felt safe. The staff was especially personable, even calling to check on me during a major power outage in Conyers during a storm. P.S. The breakfast bar has a healthy variety of fresh fruits!

I made the mistake of booking ahead and paid for the complete week up front. I stayed for seven days and four of those days never received maid service, clean towels, etc. even when I went to the front lobby and requested it. I had trouble getting into my room for four nights in a row, before they discovered that the battery in the lock on the door may be low. Once they replaced the battery, the key finally worked. I killed a couple of roaches in the room that were in the dresser when I opened the drawer for clean clothes.

I guess you get what you pay for. Stuck here because of overbooking elsewhere & checked in at midnight. Pictures do lie the rooms are not as nice as the photos. Hotel has a slightly rundown feel, rooms clean, rust marks in the bath tub from constant dripping, front desk was friendly. The place just need to be updated along with regular maintenance. The 1 star rating is deserved...just barely.
