Stayed at this hotel 8/31/2010. It was hard to find because the outside sign and parking area lights were turned off when we arrived approxiately at 11 PM (and stayed off all night). The room was fairly clean but the wall lamps were hanging down on the wall, some bulbs were burned out, trash had been left in a drawer and the coffee pot had mold in it. The door to pool area would not close properly, lock not working. The reception area was very dusty and the floors were dirty. The only reason we stayed was because we were exchausted after a long trip. We would never stay at this hotel or probably any Ramada again.

We Checked into the Ramada on the evening of 6-30-10 after we had made reservations several months prior on travel website. We had a specific reqirement for our room. A kitchette. Upon Checking in we went to our room...not a kitchenette. The whole week at you motel went steadily downhill from there. I am an Idaho native and am from that area. I am proud of where I am from and even recommended to my family to stay there. What an embarassment. They did fix the room screw up but that was about it. We went to our room. It was discusting. Pizza smeared on the wall....garbage under the beds...burned out lights. The refridgerator was propped up on rocks from the parking lot. I went to the front desk to report the problems...he told me that he would put in a work order ....and offered me some light bulbs to fix it myself...which is fine but he didnt have a bulb for me....we were there for a solid week....we never seen one maintainence person...I paid to stay at you motel and I had to do the maintainence on your stupid room myself so we would have a light to see with in the room. Then to top it off every time we needed to into our room we had to go to the front desk to have our room key reset because the stupid place was too cheap to replace their worn out room keys.....We were issed probably 15 cards over a one week period. Lame. It practically took an act of congress to get a towel. Then there is your housekeeping staff. Aside from the half assed cleaning that they did (I already mentioned the big smear of Pizza sause from a prior guest and the garbage under the bed....which I bet both are still there) there is their unprofessionalism...We offered them some of our wedding cake as a nice gesture. A little bit later I went to the house keeping room to ask for more towels (again) and overheard them making fun of us for trying to share with them. I am embarrassed for introducing my new family to my home town and the first empression they got was Ramada Pocatello. Normally I would chalk this up to an overlooked room. but my new inlaws stayed in the room next door. Same discusting room conditions. Probably won't be seeing me stay at a Ramada again....there are a bunch of nice motels in the same price range. We have already posted a review on travel website where we found your crappy motel.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights because we were having a wedding reception in a town close by. We had a NON smoking double queen bed with a kitchenette that we'd reserved through Travel Website. When we got there they put us in a room w/ out a kitchenette. They fixed it but the room was hideous. Dirty walls, fridge was propped up on Rocks from outside. Our bed was comfy but my kids bed you could tell had a huge sink hole in the middle and one of the stands for the 4 corners of the bed was broken in half making the bed lean. The fitness facility consists of 2 or 3 old pieces of equipment that is out dated. The pool was closed b/c some other group threw furniture into the pool causing a chemical reaction. So...the whole point of us staying @ this hotel (for the pool) was crap. Good $$ value but you really get what you pay for in this place. The WORST of all is that all 6 nights and sometimes 2x's per day..we had to go to the front desk to get our room cards reactivated b/c they would shut off on us and lock us out of our own room!! They had 4 months notice before we stayed with them...you'd think they'd have a room card that worked for the 6 nights that we pre-paid for!!!! Sometimes we didn't get in until 1am so this was very taxing with 2 children in tow 24/7. Kids feet were black all the time from dirty carpets and bathrooms were gross. Cleaning service not good at all.

I had driven all day, so it was nice to have a friendly desk clerk. Check in was a breeze. The rooms was quite and the bed was excellent. New towels in the bathroom a plus. Was able to sit out side for my bad habit of smoking. Breakfast was good the young man serving was nice and friendly. Over all the stay was a 9.
