I stayed one night there. The bed cover had dark wet stain on it. The room carpet is dirty and old. I also found the ants in bath room shower tank. There is no trash can in my room. I only found a big trash can outside our room. The breakfast is bad too.

This is one of the best hotels were have stayed at. The rooms were clean, the management were great. It is in an ideal location. I will stay here when ever we come to San Antoino again. The rooms were big and spacious. We had three rooms and they were all GREAT. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, helpful and patient with us. In my option this is a four start hotel.

I don't consider myself overly picky, but this was gross. There were stains on the bed covers and on the the tub. Paint was falling off the wall that needed to be repaired. The TV had a pink screen the whole time. We stayed here a year ago, not so bad, but it has since rapidly declined. It's not exactly in a great location either. I didn't feel like my vehicle was exactly safe. It's close to the interstate and downtown, but so are other hotels that are much nicer.

hotel room was clean and smelled like a non-smoking rm. pool was small five feet deep. contl. breakfast is fine. trolly stop is nearby, about three blocks. bed and pillows were comfortable. No restaurants within walking dist. dog days of august isn't a good time to walk anywhere in S.A. Downtown riverwalk-alamo is five minute drive away. fiesta TX and seaworld twenty five minute drive. area of town isn't appealling to the eye but safe. we had no problems and only stayed in the room to sleep and shower. AC was cold, 102 outside. u get what u pay for

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There were bugs in the room and housekeeping never came once. Room service was offered and when we asked for more towels, Also, there was a piece of metal sticking out from under the bed that was covered by the comforter. My girlfriend took a step and hit her ankle on the metal, causing it to swell for several hours.
