I left several valuable items in my room. I got a call on my cell phone just a few hours after I checked out. They let me know that the valuables were in a plastic bag at the front desk waiting for me! I was so impressed! One of the items was a visa gift card that could have been easily used by someone! Kuddos to all of their staff!

I arrived at the hotel after a 6 hour drive. My family and I looked forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi but coudn't because it was "out of order". Other than that, the hotel met our basic lodging needs for the night.

Our stay was wonderful, this hotel had great ammenities for all ages. After driving for over 9 hours we could relax, pool was greast, our room had a huge tub and the shower was great has massage showerhead. Extreamly friendly personel. At this hotel there was dvd movies to loan out, mini mart, laundry room, bar they had happy hour, with live music, which was a bit loud but no problem.

I stayed here to get some work done. Where do I start. First the doors don't close all the way so a real security hazard. Second, though they advertise wireless internet, you have to go to the office. they admitted their wirless only works from next to office. Third, the inroom internet wasn't working...they sealed off the outlet. After three requests, they finally believed me, looked at the missing plug and moved me to another room. The business center's computer is not hooked up to the internet and the printer didn't work. I had to use the office's printer in their dirty, disorganized offices. The desk in the motel room was so tiny it only fit a laptop and no rooms for work. On a positive note, the bathroom was of good quality with a large tub. Bed was just OK. Morning breakfast, someone really knows how to make bacon, good job their. Carpets were dirty. Staff always made me feel like I was putting them out. Very poor management on weekend. All in all, avoid, avoid, avoid.
