the hotel staff was friendly,there is no room service,kitchen under construction,do not have wireless internet service available,rooms and elevators had a strong smoke smell (non-smoking),stains were in the carpet,water spots in the ceiling,looked at a total of six rooms before we found one that was okay,we stayed there before when it was owned by someone else ,and the service was excellent,full dining,room service,nice piano bar,the place looks like a ghost town,needs a complete overhall ,it should be the nicest
hotel there ,since it is located down town,there is nothing there to draw people to it.put in a full service restaurant,do a seafood buffet and carving station on weekends and a Sunday buffet or brunch it will draw
alot of people that get out of church on Sunday that would love to go some place other than Bonanza.If that
can be done I would stay again, until then I will make my reservations in Little Rock,and visit Pine Bluff
if that is done I guarantee with the right advertising ,this hotel will be a popular spot once again. -

The Hotel has a new manager with a new attitude, there are renovations and upgrades ongoing as we speak. The Hotel staff can not offer enough service to its guests. They have a new lunch and dinner buffet that is great, the bar is open from lunch to whenever. I would stay here again as only good things are happening at this Hotel and the service & accomodations were excellent.

I stayed at the hotel last week during a convention, and although there were a few things that i needed to call for I was greatly pleased with the staff and hotel!!! They did a great job to accomadate us and we would gladly return.oh and thank heavens the birds i read about are no longer a part of the hotel, they flew the coop with the previous owners

They couldn't find A clean room to give us. Aster three tries he said he found one. We went to the room and got ready for bed and someone had wet the beed the night before, The person who game us the room must have just turned the covers over on top of it.
The next room they gave us had black mold in it and the wires from the lights were showing.
The dinning room was closed, we walked threw anyway and here were moth ball in there some were. We fround holes in the wall were someone hit the wall, The next day we never saw any cleaning people at all. Don't Walk Run from this place.
