We checked in on Thanksgiving day, the hotel is OK in general, the quality of hte free breakfast actually is much better than our expectation, but there were no enought staff to serve us, we have to wait for long time to get seated although the restaurant was not crowded.

I was there for the USBC Bowling Tournament. The Hotel was warm and smokey, certainly to far from the Bowling Center, next time I will stay down town. They have a courtisy van,but is is not advertised on the Marqee@ the Airport,so you have no way of know that there is one, next they say the van will take you to and from the Bowling Complex (not),I had to call for a taxi. The Hotel night staff is rude!!!.Will not be staying again. This is my second bowling experience with Ramada Inn,the othe was in Barton Rouge,LA.,baby roaches in my room and it was damp, this too was reported to the from dest there,(nothing) was done about,I also sent a email to corporate about my experience in Barton Rouge,La. Ramada, you need to improve your service and customer service

We stayed for one night -- 3 rooms, 9 people -- and had a great time. The front desk staff was very friendly, the rooms were as expected. The hallways were not air conditioned, but the rooms were and the lobby areas were fine. The hotel restaurant smelled like fish, but it was Friday. We didn't eat there. The casino was fun -- 4 blackjack tables with $2 minimum. Dealers were fun and personable. The arcade for the younger set was close enough to keep an eye on the teens. Overall, we'd stay again for the casino experience (not big gamblers, but $2 blackjack is ok).

We paid * for a room on a holiday weekend, so the price was better than expected. However, you do get what you pay for. In this case, economy room meant economy crowd. Lots of kids. Room had cement wall for a view. Room was realitively clean, but one of the pillows was left in the bathroom floor??? No stopper for bathtub, so my wife was upset. Facility is located in a bad part of town (skidrow) and not the type of place you want to leave your car unattended. Casino was small and full of the area bumbs who were spending their welfare checks. We will not be staying here in the future. I have since booked rooms at the Eldorado Casino ( one of the nicest in town ) for * a night. Even if it cost you a little more, go downtown to the modern casino hotels. That's where you will be spending your time anyway.
