The staff was mediocre, both the afternoon clerk and the morning clerks, it was as if they we guys fresh out of jail. The crib that I requested for our infant didn't have a bolt screwed into it, so needless to say we had to put the baby in the bed with us. The breakfast was nothing to write home to mom about and was overall disappointing. I requested a non-smoking suite and was given instead a smoking one. The afternoon clerk had his wife and kid there with him in the lobby and when I went to go use the business center he was on the computer watching videos on YouTube. I just walked straight on through not even bothering to stop and ask him if I could use the computer. Last I checked when you work at a hotel, you need to stay at your post and not have friends or family over. Also, something that's not mentioned is the active Union Pacific railroad line that's right across the interstate. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place. I don't know if the other hotels in the cluster as this one have problems with the train noises but this one did. Overall for the money, it was okay. It was....well it was a Day's Inn.

Wow, where to begin? A posh Motel 6? An overpriced hunk of crud? I believe it was both. I was completely flabbergasted when I arrived and the clerk on duty was busier chatting with the person he was checking in then with the fact that he had a lobby full of tired travelers who wanted nothing more than to check in. When he finally got around to checking me in, he was extremely slow. There was no soap, and it appeared that our bathroom was not cleaned before the room was rented out again. The roof was cracked, the floor creaked, the paint was peeling, it was absolutely horrid. I've been to Motel 6's that were way nicer than this Ramada. This was not what I was expecting from the Ramada name. When we got down to the indoor pool. it was heavily chlorinated, to the point of causing discomfort in the eyes. While in the pool, there was a family there who had exaggerated loud children. They could be heard from the lobby and yet the front desk clerk did nothing to come in and control the situation. I've worked for hotels before and while in their employ I was told to quiet down rowdy guests in the pool. The high point of my stay was when I left. Absolutely dreadful, wouldn't stay again even if it was free.

I left my Tempur-Pedic pillow and someone took it out of my pillowcase and put in a hotel pillow and gave it back to me. The manager is extremely rude and yelled at me for 5 minutes and called me a liar. This place needs to be avoided at all costs. Not much parking either.
