The hotel was more Motel for my liking which you couldn't really see from the pictures that were posted. It was clean, but the hotel is old and in need of an update. The 80's inspired artwork really dated the room. Nothing special here. We got the room for a fair price, but we won't be staying here again. We booked the room for 2 nights and when we got there we said we wouldn't stay the 2nd night but we did because it would have just been harder to move all our luggage and 2 small children.

Pros The management was so nice when I needed some shampoo and conditioner the second day. The food was delicious and plentiful for breakfast...coffee was good with ... I couldn't believe ... real milk not creamer! We were very impressed. The carpet looked pretty worn and the room looked like it was pretty old. It was close to the highway so that was noisy...but we did okay. If I needed to stay there again, I would request a room on the back side of the motel.

My overall experience with the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and professional. The first room had a chemical smell that I informed the front desk about. They quickly moved us to another room that regrettably had a similar smell. Housekeeping was able to come with an Orange "Febreeze" and made the room pleasant enough to accommodate. The location is next to a football field, so the game was readily heard but finished by 9p so sleeping was not a problem. There were a number of smokers on the property and although I had a non-smoking room, it was difficult to avoid the smoke. Finally, Sunday was a mad-house during breakfast with a room full of small children and families attacking their "last meal". The eating area was very small and could not accommodate the number of people that were there. The staff member in charge of keeping the food stocked and the area clean did an incredible job for 3 hours straight. The hotel ran out of adult discounted Seaworld tickets which was unexpected and disappointing. The WI-FI connection was unpredictable and the printer could not be used because it was out of toner and the hotel did not have any. This hotel seems to definitely be a place for families with children, but not so much for quiet adult couples or professionals. I would stay here again because of the rate, room cleanliness and location.

Very good mid scale hotel with ample of space and amenities in the room. We stayed four nights at Ramada Seaworld and both of the nights went very good. The staff was courtesious and very friendly. If you are going first time to San Antonio then you don't have to worry about directions and area attractions. We enjoyed food at Bill Miller BBQ first day which was located just next door to the Ramada. They also have a free breakfast with hot waffles every morning. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again.
