It was great!

Don't ever stay in this hotel because you could be OVER-CHARGED after you have checked out and left several month after your trip. I booked 2 rooms and stayed for one night there in May. But then was surprised to find they charged my credit card again in August and told me that I had 3 rooms. This is completely untrue. I have booked through internet, and have the email to show for, but they just refused to acknowledge their mistake, and charged me after 3 months of my stay, completely ridiculous and unreasonable. How terrible and untrustworth these people are, don't ever do business with them or stay there!

This certainly was not what I expected of a *** hotel. We were on the 2nd floor--no elevator available. The fitness room had 2 machines in it with no TVs. The breakfast buffet was mediocre--not very fresh. There was a dog staying in the room 2 rooms away from us. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Our room was facing a high traffic road which we could hear the trucks going by all night. The first room had a severe problem with the shower turning from freezing cold to burning hot with no warning. Due to this, we requested a second room which stunk like cleaning product the entire rest of our stay and the carpet was damp. When we asked at the front desk, we were informed that the carpets were recently cleaned, but that most customers didn't mind the smell. As this was the only King room left, we were stuck with it. The bathrooms were also in pretty shabby shape, lots of cracks and generally didn't seem very well maintained. That probably explains the plumbing issue.
