Travel online was a great resourse. Absolutly not problems at the Red Lion. Check in and check out was quick and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Missed having a continental breakfast in the morning.

We had a great experience at Jantzen Beach. The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They have free shuttle service to the airport and were extremely helpful in getting our rental car back and picking us up at the airport to get back to the hotel. There are also many shopping places and restaurants close by. The exit for Jantzen Beach is right off of I-5 so it was very easy to get to local attractions.

Some desk members were not very helpful with information regarding the shuttle. There should be a seperate floor for famlilies with small children. we were in room 483 and two mornings in a row we were awakened by a screaming/crying baby. Non stop for about 45 minutes. It seemed to us that the adults left the room to go eat while the child was sleeping. The reason I say this is because there was no talking or consoling of this child. We were there to relax and get some sleep, hard to do with screaming/crying child. the shuttle service information was very vague and not clear on times for pick up nor how long of a wait it would be if it was past a certain time.

I have really liked my previous stays at this hotel..great rates, free parking, free internet in room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, large rooms and close to shopping. But this trip has been disappointing..housekeeping needed to come re-clean bathtub, refrigerator makes terrible noise off and on all night and hair dryer failed this morning. The staff was very responsive and i'll give hotel another chance because I have appreciated the convenience, cost and comfort.
