Charged * Non-refundable pet deposit. The ""policy"" isn't posted on any site, other than their home page ONLY when you print out a copy. We booked directly from a partner site and were not told until we checked out and were charged this excessive fee. Nothing was shared with us when we booked and informed we'd be bringing a 10pound dog with us. Management did little to explain and we are still waiting for a response from the site's general manager. We have frequently stay at the Residence inn when we travel; however, after this experience we'll go to the Hilton where pets stay free.

We've been staying at the Residence Inn every year for the past 12 years. Our kids won't even consider staying anywhere else. The indoor pool and hot tub are their favorite things. My husband and I love the free breakfast (which is great) and location which makes it easy to get around using the back roads. The rooms are clean and having a kitchen saves us money eating out. Plus it's close to a supermarket and Wal-Mart. Best amenities for the money!

We travel to Branson about 5 times a year and this is the only place we stay. Large rooms that are great when our young daughter takes a friend, we have a seperate bedroom. Very good hot breakfast that is free, just a great place.
