  We stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was ok, but next time we will choose something else. front desk service was fine. accessibility is a bit trickey ...

  We stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was OK, but next time we will choose something else. Front desk service was fine. Accessibility is a bit trickey winding in and out of a closed shopping mall parking lot. However, it was the musty, stale disinfectant smell in the room that will prevent further visits.

  Area is run down, rooms are small, and hotel has nothing to offer. visiting pensacola again in 3 weeks and am not staying here.

  Worst place i ever stayed at front desk staff was so rude and had nasty attitudes espeacially the manager she wasnt so pleasing needs to get new management seriousely but ...

  worst place i ever stayed at front desk staff was so rude and had nasty attitudes espeacially the manager she wasnt so pleasing needs to get new management seriousely but over all housekeepers was the best they needs to get paid more for thier service they are thr most important part of the hotel

  Had an "all-inclusive king" room which included a king bed, l-shaped desk that provided plenty of work space, wireless connections, a separate club chair, micro, fridge. ...

  had an "all-inclusive king" room which included a king bed, L-shaped desk that provided plenty of work space, wireless connections, a separate club chair, micro, fridge. since I stayed for several days, this room provided plenty of space to stretch out. it would also be comfortable for couples and the business traveler. one can tell the room was recently renovated. the hotel staff, front desk as well as housekeeping, were all friendly. with all of the room amenities and reasonably priced, I would definitely stay here again!
