My bad experience started off at check in. I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. No big deal - I returned to the front desk to get another room. The front desk clerk acted as if it were my fault they had no clean rooms available a full 2 hours after their posted check in time. I was told I would have to wait for a room. After some complaining, the front desk staff found me a room. I climbed to the third floor for a second time and found my room. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell. Kind of a combination of must, cigarettes and body odor. The desk chair had holes in it. The bed was obviously worn out. It was taco shaped, low in the middle and high on the sides. The pillows were equally worn out. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead of the Red Roof Inn, Manassas You'll be more comfortable.

Excellent, clean, modern rooms. I was a little hesitant at first to stay here because it was only rated 2 stars. What a pleasent surprise to find a clean room. I am a smoker and was in a smokers room with very little odor. Family and friends say I border on OCD and I have been known to go to a hotel and sanitize and air out a room, not here though. Also I was traveling with a small dog who was very welcomed, where the hotel is located I was able to walk the dog morning and night. This should be a 4 star hotel not 2...... Would recomend to all. Oh, I was there to sightsee in DC and was only about 30 min. away, well worth it!
