We stayed at the Ross Bridge Resort over the 4th of July weekend and what a major let down!! For the money we paid to stay and play golf it was a major disaapointment. The entire hotel was UNDERSTAFFED on a major holiday weekend. There was 1 pool servers for about 400 guests, 1 man in the golf course area scheduling all tee times (Golf $* for 18 holes) and arranging your drinks ($* each) in the clubhouse. The clubhouse rest. had 2 servers with an entire lobby waiting to be seated and fed. We went in with a party of 8 and was told it would be 30 minutes and there were only 5 tables sat at the time. We were told that they only had 2 cooks and 2 servers and 1 bartenders who COULD NOT make a drink to save our lives. I could not believe a 4 star resturant was not prepared and staffed for a fully booked weekend at such a luxious hotel. Major disappointment. I don't know if we will ever return. The beds however were very comforatable, the pool area was nice but overcrowded, and the spa was excellent. Those 3 things are the only things keeping this hotel in business. We were treated like we should be thankful to be at their resort not the other way around as in they should be thankful we were there staying and paying top * for their services. Major let down!!!

Comfortable, relaxing, resort. A golfer's paradise. Two nice tennis courts. This place is located out of the main stream. Staff & service were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet (a little pricey - $15.00) was excellent. I'll be back for another relaxing night soon!

I had the best two week stay at the Ross Bridge resort. The service was impeccable!! The food in Brock's was like that of restaurants I would patronize at home. The rooms were fantastic especially the shower being separate from the larger than normal tub. The spa is AMAZING!! And my boyfriend LOVED the golf course. We will definitely be returning.

I have to disagree with the last person's review. The amenities and the hotel's service was great, but the suite was far too small. I expected it to be much larger considering the price I paid to stay there.
