  I had a horrible expense with the hotels shuttle service. I was at one of their designated shutlle stop waited 30min no shuttle called hotel. They said they were send waited another 15min no shuttle. They sent me to another stop another 15 no shuttle.Then they told me to take a cab, and proceeded to argue about how much they were willing to pay towards cab fee. I ended up missing my flight and had to pay a fee to change to next flight. The front desk service was horrible. Nice hotel unfortunately do not think I will be staying here again.
