  Our family stayed in a beautifully renovated Penthouse Suite Nov'10. The facility was clean, well furnished, comfy beds, and a sparking kitchen with new stainless appliances and a dishwasher. The three big screen tvs and fireplace were a big hit with the kids, as was the fun of going up and down carpeted stairs. Two minor issues were the lack of a plug in one of the bath tubs and the fact that the hotel ran out of fireplace logs. But we didn't bother to complain since every other feature made the visit so relaxing for all ages. They even had the crib all set up in the room prior to our arrival. We found the staff very responsive and extremely family friendly, especially the dining staff who helped with high chairs and kids cups during the amazing breakfast that made even the finickiest eater happy. The availability of a Soup Plantation within walking distance for dinner, and the close proximity to activities like the Kid Share Museum, made this one of our favorite short term vacation spots. We are recommending it to all our friends with kids.
