  This place was disgusting. The bathroom was impossible to use almost. It was so small that once you were in there you could barely close the door without the door hitting you. The toilet got backed up the first time we flushed it. The mirror was so old that it wore a grayish spotted haze all over which made you look like a monster. The microwave didn

  Housekeeping services awful, garbage on balconey for many weeks, garbage left outside for extended period of time. Dirty linens left outside of room on multi occasions. Rarely remembered to replace inroom coffee packets, sugar, dishwasher detergent. At least 1/2 the time forgot to vacuum, and on multi occasions removed all of the dirty towels and didn't provide any clean ones. The pool is filthy, and rarely has enough clorine in it, the hot tub has been broken for multiple weeks, gardens are weedy, outside maintenance poor. Bathroom floor tile is broken in multiple places and has cut my family's feet on multi occasions. When I spoke to front desk the standard reply "we can move you to another room". I've been in 2 rooms, equally bad floor in the bathrooms. The appliances in the kitchen are a joke, I had to go to the clubhouse to pop popcorn because the microwave was too old and small. Fridge was at least 20 years old as was the dishwasher. The stove wasn't much better. Why did they waste so much money on granite countertops if the rest of the kitchen is so old? On a good note, the "penthouse suite" is arranged well, with 2 separate sleeping areas, 2 full baths and a little kitchenette.
