We loved this location which is a couple of mins drive to the River Walk Mall. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and most of all the breakfast with eggs, waffle, sausage, bacon and many many other things. This rocked every morning and made a great start to our day! We plan to go to San Antonio again in September and will surely live there! 5 thumbs up!!! - Koustubh

Riverwalk Weekend Getaway - This hotel is a MUST!

My girlfriend and I were absolutely impressed with this hotel. After doing extensive research and making phone calls about the area, location and other hotels this was the perfect location. The hotel was easy to find, check in took less than 1 minute, the room was adorable (apartment style), the pool and hot tub were excellent, the breakfast was good (belgian waffles!) and the location was perfect. There is also a playground and basketball court. The hotel was located close to the Riverwalk, Market Square, Alamo and the Tower of the Americas. You can walk to it if you like but there is a trolley (Yellow Route) that takes you to all the major locations on the Riverwalk for $1.00! (The trolley stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel). The hotel location was just off the highway, near other hotels and a Police Department. There is a Mall, HEB, Wal-Mart, Gas Stations and Fast Food Restaurants all less than 10 miles from the Hotel. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THAT THERE ARE NO ATM'S IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. The hotel across the street has an ATM but is reserved for their guests only (you have to have a key to access it). The closest ATM (HEB) is about a 6 miles from the hotel, easy to find, but I would make the trip there during the day ONLY! It's a mid range cost hotel but in my opinion is well worth the money if security and comfort is important to you. We parked our car at the hotel for three days and trollied everywhere we wanted to go and did not have any probs with the car. OVERALL it was a very pleasant, quiet, comfortable stay.

The rooms were newly renovated and spacious. The pool did not close and the kids loved that. Trolley passes every 15 min. to bring guests to downtown/Riverwalk destinations. Free breakfast & Free parking a great plus. We will choose this hotel again.
