Hotel room was very nice and clean. The bed was the down fall of the trip. I would have rather slept on the floor. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! Other than that, everything else was fine. I wouldn't stay here again only because of the bed.

I loved this hotel! The room was excellent (Penthouse suite) and the grounds were lovely and the staff counldn't have been nicer. The free shuttle service was always available and on time at our pick-up destination. There really insn't a need to rent a car if you plan to spend most of your time in Seattle. There's an extremley large shopping center and mall less then a mile (.8) away. Every retail store you would need and lots of restaurants are all within walking distance. One night we enjoyed a fire in the suites fireplace and cooked dinner in the small kitchen. The morning breakfast was always excellent and plentiful. I loved this place and couldn't ask for anything more from a hotel stay.

We have been here for a week and have found it very nice and clean. Full breakfast and dinner (M-T) is included as well as free internet. Large room with wood fireplace, couch and chair with ottoman and desk. Kitchen has a new full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Bar/counter with 2 chairs, coffee maker and dishes with service for 4 and pots and pans. Large bathroom sink separate from the tub/shower & toilet. Property has 2 types of rooms, one is a studio and the other has a loft. Level one has the full kitchen, sofa, etc. and a Murphy bed and bath on the main floor. The open loft has the main bed and bath and a 2nd TV. Great location, blocks from the train and across from several restaurants and close to Southcenter Mall and stores. Enjoy your stay!

I"ve stayed here twice and will always return when I"m in the area. Large, clean rooms w/ full kitchen. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. You enter your room from the outside, so no hallway noise. Nice & quiet (exept a train nearby every few hrs)
