Desk personnel were friendly, pillows were comfortable. Room (billed as non-smoking) had such an intense smoking odor that we couldn't sleep. Upholstery on furniture had large stains, table and countertops had ""grimy"" feel- yuk! Breakfast make-yourself-waffles were good, great variety- other items no so good. Common eating area also dirty.
