  I have been to many, many Residence Inn's and although this one is very nicely designed, the housecleaning staff is by far the worst I have experienced. On BOTH of my last 2 visits, I found hair in the bathtub upon check-in. And this was even after complaining about it hte first time. A number of other cleanliness issues as well. I hope they resolve that issue because its a nice hotel in a nice location and this is something clearly addressable.
