  We really enjoyed the hotel. great service, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, and perfect location in historic rome.

  Residenza Farnese is not, by cosmopolitan standards, a four star hotel, but it's a great three star. Pristine and decorated in a style best described as over the top Roman kitsch - plaster statuettes, silk floral arrangements and fussy wall paper, it is at the back end of Campo Fiore, near enough to transportation and some wonderful restaurants and bars a few fabulous coffee and pastry shops. The rooms are entirely comfortable if not luxurious, and larger than many. Breakfast with a lot of fresh everything (great Italian pastries, cereals, fruit, salumi and cheese plus beverage) and an extremely pleasant and helpful staff make it a good choice. It is quieter than most of the hotels directly on Campo di Fiori, with all all the amenities of the location. The lounge area is sparse, but a small, seemingly well stocked bar could be fun with guests. Wi Fi is available for a price. The hotel offers a mid sized conference room in the same style as the other facilities.

  The Residenza is located in the heart of Rome - we were in walking distance to everything. The room we stayed in was very small - but it was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The morning breakfast was wonderful! I thought the staff could have been more friendly & helpfull- but they did arrange to have a driver pick us up when we arrived in Rome- that was the beinging of a wonderful visit to Rome.
