Important Hotel Information
- Guests will check in via the Resort Plaza lockbox (keys/map/pool pass) located on the exterior wall of the check in office at the Marsac Mill Manor building (sage green building directly behind The Lowell). Please call 800-245-6417 between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday for lockbox code and keypad code prior to your arrival. Resort Plaza - 1355 Lowell Ave - Front desk located at the Marsac Mill Building which is an olive green building. Hours are from 8am-8pm daily from Dec. 15-Apr. 12. The Resort Plaza front desk phone number is 435-649-5112 IF GUESTS ARRIVE AFTER 8PM : Guests will obtain keys and check in packet via the Resort Plaza lockbox located at the Marsac Mill Building olive green building. The Silver Millhouse East and Silver Millhouse West buildings at Resort Plaza now have an exterior keypad next to each buildings entry door. Please call 800-245-6417 x 2 for key pad and lockbox codes prior to your arrival. See description for check in instructions in other seasons.

My husband and I took our three teenage chidren on vacation to Park City over their winter break and we had an amazing time. Resort Plaza is in an excellent location, step right out of the condo building and you are at the rental shop or ticket window to Park City Mountain. Our condo was clean, had new carpeting, tons of space and everything you need. There was a small safe to keep valuables, washer & dryer, all kitchen necessities. We stayed at a new five star hotel near the Canyons prior to our stay at the Resort Plaza and my whole family agreed that the Resort Plaza was much more comfortable and convenient. I definitely recommend this property. If you take a shuttle from the airport you really can do without a rental car in Park City.

My wife and I traveled from SC to ski and enjoy an actual winter, which we don't get in Charleston. The one bedroom gold we stayed in in Resort Plaza was so much more than expected or shown in pics. This is a beautiful place to stay, and you step out of the door to the condo and you are in the middle of Park City Mountain Ski Resort. Tons of rental places and shops within eye-shot. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the middle of it and stay in such comfort. The staff even retrieved a lost cell phone and shipped it at their expense of time and money, to Charleston, and were glad to do it. Thanks Resort Plaza and staff! Tom and Jess Charleston, SC

So we got a deal for this place for some unknown reason and we didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, the front desk person, Fay told us our room has been remodeled. We were the first clients in that room post remodel and they have done a wonderful job. The place is more like a hotel, but inside is a condo...they have fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, except the food. Pots, pans, paper towels, stove, can opener, utensils, plates, microwave, and a huge granite counter top, anything you need I tell u! The bathrooms are nice as well. We had a jetted tub and separate shower in the master, The beds are clean and comfy as well. Staying here makes you feel like you're the owner of the place, not just a guest, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Park City Mountain Resort. Did I mention it is literally feet from the hotel to skiing activities? Yes it is, I didn't count but it is about 50-60 feet to snow activities! The snow here is such a fluffy powder and it's not icy wet like some snow, it's almost like goose down. We had a wonderful time here and you will too.

This hotel is a great place for some spring skiing. This condo is managed by Identity Properties, and was very close to ski school, and the lifts. The conditons at the resort weren't the best but the condo was excellent. We were here for a long weekend and the staff were very helpful. There was bell service which is unusual for a vacation rental. The front desk staff were very helpful with all our questions. The condo had a full kitchen which is great for breakfast before hitting the slopes. The bus service is close by to get to Main Street and the restaurants and bars. I would definately recommend this location.
