My husband and I spend a day at Rincon of the Seas, what a wonderful hotel! It is not only beautiful, but personnel was very helpful and nice. The room was superclean. We can wait to go back but for a longer period of time.

The hotel is located in a remote area (need car) the beach is nice and the hotel lobby & pool area are quite nice. The rooms are very old and lots of stuff is in bad shape (when using the bath the all room filled with water). Service and hotel staff ware very unpleasant to deal with. I got bed-bugs bites!!!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone even though the location & Puerto Rico are very nice.

My husband and my 3 children (7-7 & 4 years old) were looking for a nice get-a-way weekend, and since we read the rating and the reviews about this hotel, it looked like it was going to be a very nice trip, but how disappointing was that at the time we arrived, a hole school was celebrating their high school prom!!! The staff should warned us about this because we just couldn't have a family time as we expected... The music by the pool was super loud, and when was the time for my children to go to sleep; it was like the room was inside of a reggaeton disco-party!! There were people yelling and running through the corridors, I was so upset!! I don’t understand why the management allowed this kind of behavior, either you block all the rooms for the prom and don’t let other people book in the hotel or celebrate the parties in a special room with sound proof to let other guests enjoy their vacation that actually they are paying for.. Beside this whole madness, we didn’t find the facilities spectacular; the hotel is old, the rooms are small and totally out-of-date, the beach has a terrible fish odor that you just can't be there, you have to walk around trying to find a cleaner spot, there are no beach umbrellas, no mattress for the beach chairs and to get the towels you have to go upstairs to the reception and ask for them so if you need a change of towel it is not handy. The service in general wasn’t good either, when we checked in they didn’t open a voucher, so we couldn’t charge our consumptions to the room In conclusion I would just say… Stay away from this hotel!!!

My friend and I recently stayed at Rincon of the Seas to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our second floor balcony room was clean and had a nice view of the courtyard/gardens. The beach was FABULOUS - so relaxing and picturesque. This is an out of the way place but definitely worth the travel if you are looking to get quality beach time and to explore other places. We took day trips down to Cabo Rojo and had a nice walk into Rincon to look around. The only thing I would change is to book as arriving on Sunday and check out before Friday. There was a large group having a gathering there over the weekend and it was a bit crowded by the pool at times. But Sunday through Wednesday was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the West side of the island and have beautiful scenery all around. If you are looking for lots of things to do and the bustle of a city, this is not the place for you.

It's a beautiful hotel, great ocean views from all the rooms, gorgeous landscaping in patio and pool area. Loved the beach & pool. It's my second time at the hotel and would definetely come back. Delicious food at affordable prices. Great New Years Eve party with live music and awesome food. This one is much better than Rincon Beach Resort! Need to include pictures of the hotel.
