We were traveling through this nice town and looking for a decent place to stay. The room was very nice at a good price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, and the continental breakfast that was offered was in good selection and good. It is a good place to stay for the money. So, if you are looking for a decent place to stay in Flagstaff, Arizona I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

service was awful had to get our own coffee pot, iron and board, extra blanket, blowdryer. The nonsmoking rooms were right across from the smoking rooms. The floors and carpet were old and dirty( didnt take my shoes off). The bed was very uncomfortable.

At first we thought this was going to be a nice hotel, until we got to the room and encountered dirty pillowcases, no hairdryer and a sliding glass door onto a patio that had no way of latching. But the bathroom and room were clean and the towels decent. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't much, but it was something. But you get what you pay for, and for about $ a night for a room w 2 queen beds, it wasn't bad.

It's not in bad condition, just old. Great price for a king bed and HBO, couldn't hear the freeway or the trains too bad from inside the room. Bathroom had been redone and looked real nice.
