We arrived early and checked into a king room. Staff was nice. The air conditioning was either broken or not turned on. It was very hot in the lobby area and hallway outside our room. The room itself was clean the bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was not exactly cleaned well. The fabric shower curtain had mildew stains on the bottom, I noticed some marks on the tub which I wiped with a cloth and it was dirt. The air conditioning in the room even though we had it on the high setting wasn't flowing very strong. We were hoping that the pool would be available but it was empty and not very clean.
The rate for a king room was good, very cheap pet fee However once they fix
the air conditioning through out the motel and room, renovate and clean the pool, and improve housekeeping this wouldn't be a bad place to stay.
I would just check bathroom first and test airconditioning first before staying in the room -

Our room did not have any safety locks on the doors. The window on our ground floor room was very large and a small lock on it. The door to the outside of the building was proped open. Which gave easy access to our room. In there defense the AC was broken in the lobby. But, I was very nervous and felt very unsafe at this hotel. . They didn't even take the donuts out of the store bought container. Overall, I feel this hotel is an accident waiting to happen. In fact I put the chair in front of the door and slept in my clothes just in case we had to leave in a hurry.
