The maid was throwing towels on the stairway, ther was this huge pile of dirty towels we couldnt get to our room. If there had been an emergency people would have been hurt just getting past this huge pile of dirty towles. The pillows were dirty and had hair on them, and the sink would not drain. We told the clerk and she could have cared less that, what should have been a nice night was horrible!!!! Do not stay here

I recently spent 3 nights at the Rodeway Inn in Boise (November 13-15, 2009), and was very impresseed with the place itself and the staff. The room was comfortable and very clean, the TV choices were great, and every stafff member that I dealt with was friendly and very professional. Although I didn't have a chance to use it, the shuttle is available to take guests to the mall in addition to going to and from the airport. Also, the dinners that were served up in the on-site dining room were very good. The price was right, and I'm looking forward to staying there again next month.

We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in, pleasant lounge and friendly service, room decor was above average and felt both spacious and welcoming. We had a balcony looking out toward the indoor/outdoor pool and spa which we swam in. Dinner was homemade, simple but affordable, bed was great, and the breakfast was the best we've seen yet. Loved this hotel.

This hotel was clean enough but definitely smelled of smoke even in non-smoking section. The drapes and bedspreads reeked with smoke. They need to upgrade their non-smoking section immediately as it is the only hotel near St. Al's Hospital.

This hotel was clean enough but definitely smelled of smoke even in non-smoking section. The drapes and bedspreads reeked with smoke. They need to upgrade their non-smoking section immediately as it is the only hotel near St. Al's Hospital.
