I had car troubles passing through North Platte, the hotel has friendly staff, he even gave me a ride to the shop when my car was fixed. Price was great, let me tell you. You won't be able to get the same kind of deal anywhere else. I paid half of what I would paid anywhere else and when I had some computer troubled the manager came to my room to help me fix the problem. That is service, anywhere else would be just on the phone and say "I don't konw sir are you sure you are connected?" I would recommand this hotel to anyone that is staying or visiting North Platte and if I ever go back to North Platte I would defiently stay there again.

This was one of the least expensive hotels we ran across, and it's pretty bare bones. The decor and appearance haven't been updated since the laste 70s. However, it is VERY clean. I was impressed at how clean and well-kept the rooms were. No dust, grime or even lime scale on the bathroom fixtures, which for their age, was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. We just stayed and slept, so can't comment on breakfast.

This business should not be used by Travel website or their members! The owners or management gave as a smoking room and said you should not use Travel website and should just call them for any deals. The deal was not a deal and sleep & customer satifaction was not in their vocabulary. Customer Satisfaction start at the counter and that's where the attitude started! Our Family and FORT MORGAN BASEBALL TEAM WILL NEVER USE AGAIN FOR THEIR ACTIONS! HOWEVER, TRAVEL...LOOK FORWARD TO USING YOU AGAIN WITH ALL THE OTHER MEMBERS!
