The building is old and plain but the rooms are clean. Everything works. Every room has a kitchen, so you can cook if you want (very useful when travelling with kids). Location is great. Pool is open until 11pm. Recommend to families with kids and if you don't care about luxury. Concerns: VERY SLOW Internet.

This is an older hotel, but the staff is wonderful, they went out of there way for me. The room was very clean and quite and most of all the appliances worked, I was in a hotel once with no hot water after traveling all day it was the worst, but here you will find a really great deal at the beach,

WE FOUND THE INN CLOSE TO THE BEACH. ACCOMMODATIONS VERY CLEAN . PERSONEL VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HAD A BALCONY WITH VIEW TO BEACH. GOOD PARKING. CLOSE TO THE ACTION AND ALSO TO GOOD EATING PLACES. VERY HAPPY.

for labor day weekend i booked a week in advanced, so this was my last option. the parking is atrocious which set the tone for the entire place. upon entering the office to check in we were hit with the stench of cheap air fresheners (always a bad sign). the staff was nice enough. then we went to our rooms. the room size was a plus but it did not make up for the fact that my feet were black after taking my shoes off when i walked in. the carpet was nasty. oddly enough, we had just seen a thing on bed bugs on the today show that morning so we check the mattresses. they were brand new! another surprise was that the sheets & towels were clean and soft. overall, the stay was okay if you're there for just a weekend and need a place to crash. the thing that got me was what happened at the front desk when i lost my key. there were 2 different front desk people (than those that we had checked in with). i walked in at 2:00am and told them that i had lost my key. one asked ""what is your room number?"" ; i responded and she gave me a new key. no request for my name, ID, NOTHING!
