I found this Days Inn 100 percent more enjoyable than the one I spent a night in 24 hours earlier in Gallup NM. The facility was in great shape, the staff helpful and professional. The room was updated, clean, and the heater was quiet. Location was spot on along Roswell's main "drag" close to many other hotels, restaurants, visitor center, and other local & cultural sites.

This place is old and small rooms with small double beds not good for family since its not comfortable. Mattress are old and rooms has looks of 80's. There r few new hotels in town try them and you will agree its worth to spend $10 more to get service of 100% more then saving. Not sure about other small hotels. Front desk are good for nothing very slow check in and dont reply when you dial 0 keep you on hold and small small things not worth wasting time to write.

This place was a great value for my wife and kids. The room looked like it had been recently renovated. The A/C unit was digital control and worked well. It was very clean. Breakfast was continental, and it tasted good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have definitely done a lot to keep this place nice. patio was swept, and the site was kept up.

We reserved non smoking and room has smell of smoke and old foods look like garbage smell and when requested to change room the front desk staff not friendly at all and when asked for manager not there and all other problems. Simple words just good for Day time take refund and stay good night sleep at some other place. Dont agree with us Please Try to one time stay with this place to feel our experiance.

Pleasant stay!
08/10/2007This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. convenient to things we wanted to do downtown and out of town. looked like it had been recently updated. breakfast was good.
