This hotel is centrally located near the main train station and sights. The hotel is minutes away from the Grand Place, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. Also, the business center was convenient and east to access. I would change only 1 thing. The internet was not free, so I spent a fair amount of money to check my work email each day.

this hotel is beautiful and a great place to people watch as there are people staying here from all over the world. we brought our dogs with us and they were very welcome. the room was very clean and the bathroom was really nice. the food in the restaurant is very good and room service is prompt. the bed was really comfortable as were the pillows. the location is convenient to the old section of brussels and taxis are vey easy to hail from the street. the staff was really helpful and i would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is rotten, old and needs to go away. The service is horrible. It takes about an hour to get ice... Do yourself a favor and book another hotel! Simply terrible. You are better off staying at the airport.

This was not the hotel of the pictures. The rooms were very small, the hotel was noisy and the beds were like rocks! They could not find our reservation but found us space when we provided a copy of the reservation. The staff seemed very unhappy we were there. The breakfast buffet was 27 Euros or $34 dollars. Really! Not worth it. I would not chose to stay here again - there must be better places in Brussels.
