  There isn't much choice for hotels in American Samoa. This is the one that I would recommend. There is a Comfort Suites near the airport, but Sadies by the Sea has great views and is on the ocean. You definitely get the feel of being in the South Seas at this hotel. The restaurant on site is no great shakes but it is close to all the eateries in Pago Pago. The beach in from on the hotel is only so so. Frankly there doesn't seem to be any beaches on the island that are stunning for sunning and swimming. There is usually some sort of trash on the beach. And if the wind is blowing just right, you will have to wade through a sea of Portugese Man-O-War. The pool is nice though! The rooms are clean but the beds are a bit uncomfortable and from the outside the hotel looks like it just got hit by a huricane much likes it's neighbor.

  Rooms were average, but the microwave & fridge were great. the a/c worked wonderfully! located on a small beach, right near ""town""...the staff was very friendly, but ...

  Rooms were average, but the microwave & fridge were great. The a/c worked wonderfully! Located on a small beach, right near ""town""...the staff was very friendly, but I wouldn"t reccommend it for leisure travel. W. Samoa was Fabulous, though!
