Worst Place I have ever stayed!

First when I made the original reservation I never got the confirmation. I called a few days later and they didnt even have my reservation. I had to re-book it. Finally got that straight. Then we checked in. It is nothing like the photos. All parking is below he building and you either take stairs or an elevator that after you press the call button you wait and wait and wait and wait only to have it come and construction workers are on it wih dollys of paint and building supplies. Once you get into the room it all looks great till you really look around and find ripped worn carpets and vertical blinds that do not open or close all busted up. If you need to call the front desk be prepared to wait for 15 to 20 rings before they even pick up the phone. Now here is the really fun part of this place. After we checked out the following day we checked our bank statements only to find that not only did they charge us for the 2 night room stay but added an additional night plus another charge for $*have no idea what that is for. I called the hotel to get the amounts removed on the overcharge only to be told the computer was down and that they would call me back. It is now two days later and still no call. I called again today to get it fixed and the front desk transfered me to accounting, that was an answering machin. I called back and was transfered to the general manager and that was a recording. And here I wait hours later still waiting to be credited. Not only is this place run down, the service is horrible.

There are pluses and minuses to this hotel. On the plus side:location is excellent and water views great. The property is well maintained including the grounds. Pool and sand beach area comfortable and adequate. Housekeeping did a good job. The kitchen is set up to be functional. On the down side: Bedroom is so small that with the queen bed you can barely fit one small suitcase in the room although the closet is good sized. The bed was a nightmare that felt like a boxsprings with a pad on top of it. The hallways are open air at each end creating a tunnel and the bedrooms placement against the hallway causes alot of noise in the unit from late nite guests or spring breakers as was the case this trip Only one small slow elevator serves the entire complex. A nice addition would be a screen on the balcony door to be able to leave it open without worrying about the numerous crows and gulls flying in your room. Not sure if we would stay there again or not. It met our goal of not wanting to be in a big box hotel but was dissapointing in other ways.

The suites are nice and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The kitchen is equiped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It is a really great place to stay with a family. Nice pool and grounds. I will definately go back!

This hotel is a great value. Lots of room and VERY comfotable beds. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Convenient to airport and attractions. Nice and clean. My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage sons and it was perfect. We will definately be back.
